Security at V-Dala

V-Dala should be a place that is safe and sound for all out members and guests. The Nation therefore works actively to prevent lack of security and offensive behaviour through the board’s working environment and well-being committee, the Nation’s elected equality commissioner, etc. If you are interested in knowing more about this work or are interested in participating, contact the equality commissioner, you can find the contacts here. More information is also to be found in the Nation’s plan for equality, which you can read here.

If you have been subjected to abusive treatment or experienced something else that has made you feel unsafe or caused you discomfort, you can report it by using the form below. The form can be used by members, elected representatives, staff and guests at the Nation. You are free to choose whether you want to be anonymous or if you want to be contacted for follow-ups and eventual actions. Kindly note that if you chose to be anonymous you will not be able to follow-up on the matter.

Observe: The form is not monitored around the clock and should therefore not be used for emergency situations, in a situation like that you should rather contact the nearest responsible or call 112. It is not possible to use this form to replace a police report in case you have been exposed to something criminal.

This function is a part of the Nation’s work in preventing offensive treatment, but is not meant to be used for sending in more general opinions and should not be used for unwarranted personal attacks towards any member, elected representative, staff or other guest at the Nation.

Reports submitted via this form are sent to the Nation’s working environment and well-being committee, which is appointed by the Nation’s board. All information is handled confidentially within the committee and is handled in accordance with GDPR.

Please describe if you previously have notified someone at the Nation about the happening, to facilitate our follow-up.
